 Yoga Classes

Private and group-setting yoga classes to help you connect back with yourself. Through movement and breathwork, we cultivate strong mind-body connections to come back to the beauty of our bodies and the present moment.

Breath Coaching

A 4-part yoga breathing workshop for stress relief, digestion, energy and deep sleep.

30 minute weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions for a month, where I will teach you about our most powerful self-regulation tool: our breath.

We will go into the science of breathing, and explore various breathing exercises and techniques to help you manage challenges such as stress, anxiety, sleep problems, digestive issues or overwhelm.

Integrative Wellness Coaching

1:1 sessions with me to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I’ll bring all my expertise in science and wellness practices to help support you and help you shine on your path forward.

01. Get in Touch

Schedule your 30-minute discovery session so we can talk about your goals and what you’d like to achieve by working with me. We’ll talk about what would be the best fit for you: yoga, breath coaching or integrative wellness coaching.

02. Customised 1:1 Support

We get started! Coaching calls occur via video call, and yoga classes can be in-person or online. Email and text support is included between sessions. Consider me your go-to support system during your journey!

03. Step into your Power

Use the tools, techniques and practices I’ve shared with you to start living your best life. You’ll walk away feeling empowered and ready live truthfully, authentically and joyfully.
