I’m a registered yoga teacher, certified integrative health coach, and breath coach. I hold a BA in Cellular Neuroscience and am pursuing an MSc in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. I use my scientific education with my background in wellness and spiritual practices to help people, like you, find a calm and joyful mindset to go through their day in an authentic and heartfelt way.
